Did you know that sixth grade students are required to type three pages in a single sitting by the end of the year? Did you know this AZ Common Core State Standard is further assessed during the Arizona Merit assessment, when students are expected to type their responses?
Typing club, an interactive typing tutorial (with 100 skill based lessons), helps us in meeting our typing goals! |
Front Row is our main math support resource. Student data is updated in real time as they practice and are assessed in five separate domains: Numbers Base Ten, Number Fluency and Fractions, Measurement and Data, Geometry, and Operations/Algebra. This site displays student grade level in each domain and allows the teacher (or parent) to track CCSS mastery. Click here to download the app for Apple devices.
|
Read Theory is our main reading support resource. Students read a variety of high-interest, non-fiction articles and receive immediate feedback after completing each quiz. Student data, such as grade level and lexile, is updated in real time, and each student can monitor his/her progress through out every session. Text complexity and questions support the new AZ Common Core State Standards.
